4ALL Brings Real-Time Accessibility to the 77th Emmy Awards
We’re proud to announce that 4ALL.Live, our real-time captions and translation platform, helped power accessibility at one of television’s biggest nights — the 77th Emmy Awards.
In September 2025, 4ALL translated and captioned the two-day Creative Arts Emmys, the Primetime Emmy Awards broadcast, and the Emmys Press Center — ensuring that conversations, interviews, and award moments could be experienced clearly and seamlessly by every audience member.
Powering Accessibility Across the Entire Show
This year marked a major milestone for the platform. After providing captioning and translation for the Emmys Media Center in 2024, 2025 marked 4ALL.Live’s first year delivering real-time captioning across the both Emmy Awards main show, as well as the Creative Arts Emmys Awards.
From acceptance speeches to live segments and every moment in between, 4ALL.Live helped ensure that the show could be followed and understood as it happened — through both side stage monitors and directly through personal devices via a simple, scannable QR code available to attendees inside the main theater.
Through it all, Dicky Thomas, a member of 4ALL’s ground team was large and in charge. Making sure that 4ALL.Live never skipped a beat during the Emmys most important moments.
From Creative Arts to Primetime: Scaling the Full Broadcast
Delivering accessibility across both the Creative Arts Emmys and the Primetime broadcast required precision, speed, and consistency at scale.
Across the two-day Creative Arts Emmys and the three-hour main show awards ceremony, 4ALL.Live provided continuous real-time captioning — supporting a wide range of live formats, speakers, and production environments.
Attendees at both events could instantly access captions and translations on their personal mobile devices by scanning the QR code upon entry, creating a seamless and flexible viewing experience tailored to each individual.
Following a highly successful execution at the Creative Arts ceremonies, the strength and reliability of the platform made it clear that 4ALL.Live was ready to take on the Emmys main show. That transition marked a defining moment — expanding from a supporting role into a central part of the live viewing experience.
From Media Center to Global Audience
While accessibility plays a critical role in the live broadcast, its impact extends even further across the full Emmys experience — from the stage to the press environment and beyond.
In the Emmys Media Center, 4ALL.Live supported fast-moving, multilingual conversations between international journalists and talent, with real-time captioning and translation available both on personal devices and through on-site monitors displaying English and Spanish captions.
By breaking down language barriers across both broadcast and press environments, 4ALL.Live helps transform major live events like the Emmys into truly global experiences — connecting storytellers, journalists, and audiences everywhere.
A Future of More Connected Live Events
Events like the Emmys show how powerful real-time communication can be when seamlessly integrated into live production.
4ALL.Live doesn’t just support accessibility — it enhances the entire communication ecosystem of a live event. From working alongside ASL interpreters to supporting multilingual dialogue across broadcasts and press environments, the platform helps ensure that everyone, regardless of language or hearing ability, can share in the same moments, at the same time.
We’re proud that 4ALL.Live continues to support the conversations, celebrations, and storytelling that define the television industry.
As live events continue to reach larger and more international audiences, we’re excited to keep expanding the ways real-time captions and translation bring people together — making every moment easier to understand, experience, and share.
